Yarns & Materials Orders

All Yarn orders are shipped directly from China warehouse (unless otherwise stated).
- Free shipping to US on orders over $35USD
- Free shipping to Canada and International on orders over $75USD
- All orders are shipped with fast trackable mail, you will receive the tracking number through email once your order is shipped.  

Processing time is approximately 3-10 business days.  We will always try our best to ship out your order as soon as possible.

- Estimated delivery time as following:
  • US: 1-2 weeks
  • CA: 2-3 weeks
  • Australia: 1-2 weeks
  • Europe: 1-2 weeks
  • New Zealand: 1-2 weeks
  • Asia: 1-2 weeks

 

Amigurumi Orders

Ready to Ship orders are shipped in 1-3 business days. 
Made to Order/Custom orders: processing time is approximately 6-10 weeks upon order. 
Shipping cost is calculated by item weight at checkout.

Canada:
 Ships with Expedited mail by Canada Post, usually arrives in 2-5 business days.
United States:
Ships with USPS Ground Advantage.
Estimated delivery time is 2-5 business days.
International:
Ships with Tracked Airmail (International) by Canada Post. 
Estimated delivery time is 1-3 weeks.

 

    Customs and import taxes

    Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
